    Mirrors of Beauty receives BOOST Grant from VR Main Street Program

    Mirrors of Beauty, Capital Cuts Salon is a full service hair salon targeting women and men. It has operated along Villa Rica’s main street for more than 12 years, it is one of only two minority owned businesses on main, and the only full service salon in the district. The salon specializes in hair and beauty services that include shampoos and cuts, perms, relaxers, and color processes. The staff also performs services such as hair weaves, and treatments and techniques that address hair loss and/or restoration.
