Thrill at the Mill is Downtown Villa Rica’s family-friendly Halloween celebration. Local businesses and organizations set up festive booths at The Mill to pass out candy to trick-or-treaters, creating a safe and fun environment for children and families.

The event also features a Best Decorated Booth Contest for participating vendors and a Costume Contest where kids can show off their most creative Halloween looks.
