Chastity Oakes, RN – President /Director of Nursing & Health Careers
Ms. Oakes has 13 years of vast experience in the healthcare industry. She started her nursing career as a personal care assistant and then later on acquired training as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ms. Oakes then moved a step further in her nursing career by becoming a Patient Care technician (PCT) then continued her journey of learning and career growth by becoming a registered nurse (RN). Her quest of nursing education is still ongoing as she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Nursing Education at Purdue University. Ms. Oakes comes from a nursing background of gastrointestinal, renal, school nursing, administration, oncology, and CNA education. She is a member of the American Nursing Association and the Oncology Nursing Association.
Outside of nursing Ms. Oakes areas of interest include researching her family history, reading a good book, fishing and other outdoor water sports. Ms. Oakes is the mother of two extremely talented kids who are honor students who are very active in dance, gymnastics, cheer , Taekwondo, band and track.
Ms. Oakes started Arise Health Institute because she wanted to give others the opportunity to change their lives and begin their career journey.
