Guest Speaker: Jens Schulz
Biography:
Jens Schulz is the President and CFO of Leuco Tool Corporation, the North American division of one of the world’s largest tooling provider for wood, plastics & other materials. After growing up in Denmark, Jens moved to the United States at the age of 20 to further his education at Kennesaw State University. After spending nearly a decade working in finance for multi-million dollar companies, Jens’ reputation, charisma, ambition and leadership were quickly noticed and he was promoted to President of Leuco Tool Corporation in 2009.
Jens has led Leuco North America from 45 employees to over 100 with 7 divisions across the USA and Canada in his time as President. He has landed coverage as one of the Wood Industry’s Top 40 Under 40 and has served as the treasurer of the Danish-American Chamber of Commerce among many other awards and accolades. Jens is affluent in English, Danish and German language and became a citizen of the United States in 2018.
Jens believes that building a family first work culture and a healthy work life balance is a must for successful businesses. He strives on creating a strong leadership structure to manufacture innovative and trend-setting quality products. By doing so, he has more than doubled the company’s revenue in his tenure as President. Jens lives in Villa Rica and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and in his spare time plays soccer as much as possible.
Jens holds a bachelors in economics from Kennesaw State University and is a certified public accountant.
