***Application Deadline Friday October 18, by 5:00pm*** No Exceptions!
• Festival Date/Time: Saturday October 26, 2019, 10 am-12 noon
• There is no guarantee for the same space. Main Street Office reserves the right to change space assignments as necessary.
• Spaces set up times may begin at 8 am.
• The spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
• Please do not leave behind any garbage at your booth. Leave space as you found it.
• The Main Street Office reserves the right to reject any application.

*Each booth must provide 2500 pieces of candy*

Best Decorated Booth 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place-$100, $75 and $50

Costume Contest: 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes to winners in each age category
